Conure claw turning red

The bottom of our conure's claw appears to be now red colored. He does not limp or act ill. Is there a problem??

My sun conure, too, has developed a redness to her claw. But what is "bumblefoot"?

Bumblefoot in caged birds is usually caused by either a poor diet (seeds or junk pellets)or bad perches like dowels. The foot will swell and look bumpy.

This could be bumblefoot, or color from a toy. Have it looked at to be sure it is not serious.
