Why does my green cheeked conure regurgitate on his foot as if he was feeding it like a baby ?

If there is any undigested material in the vomit, then this is very serious and will require a trip to an Avian Vet as soon as is possible. Check carefully to see if there is any undigested food in the vomit because this indicates a serious infection that will cause death without treatment by a licensed and trained avian vet. If there is no undigested material in vomit then he's just playing.
