Conure Swolen foot

Hi there, i own a jandaya conure and have recently noticed her right foot is swolen, i think its due to her ring as her foot clings well and doesnt complain while moving her leg, the ring however is very tight around her leg now and we can even barely move it. any ideas on what can be done? and do you think she will have more problems due to this? Thank you
