Conure's eye...trauma or what? help please

My sun Conure has had a great 4 year health record. He hasn't had any issues. But recently I've noticed that the skin around his right eye has a bluish tent. Its like a bruise almost. I'm unsure of what this could be and he hasn't had an accident..unless he fell or flew in his cage while I was gone. (flying, wings aren't clipped and he is allowed to fly only in a certain room under supervision)

He, Tootie, is acting normal but I just wonder what this blue tint could mean!? Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!
