Could girl cockatiel be pregnant or sick?

My girl cockatiel is puffy, most of the time. She does not want to fly for the last two days. Her appetitite is normal, (maybe slightly increased) so the only changes I see are the puffiness, not wanting to free fly, and possibly napping a bit more than ususal.
