Couldn't be happier!

Brief background - our cockatoo is subject to fatty tumors, and her diet has to be managed. Her primary diet is Roudybush low fat medium pellets, which has become increasingly difficult to find. Parrot-and-Conure-World not only had it in stock, they shipped it immediately. I was so pleased with both the price and the service. Honestly (and I am 59 years old), I didn't think customer service existed anymore! Thank you, Tracie!
