New behavior whiney

Ihave a cookatoe, turn 4 this month. Trying to tell me something in a whiney voice this is all new as of 2 months ago! Is this stress or doesnt look sick just had a check up. Help me undestand more, Thanks

It is not possible for anyone to give you an accurate answer, sorry. There could be something wrong with the bird internally, or it could be bothered by something in the environment. The only safe thing to do is to take the bird to an avian vet for an examination.

Birds should see an avian vet once a year anyway for an exam and vaccine, so hopefully you are close to your yearly visit time anyway.
