This means illness and/or very poor diet. Your bird should be eating organic high quality pelleted diet, and Harrison's is the best and Avian Vet endorsed.

Before changing diet, your bird has to be examined by an Avian Vet in your driving area to make sure there are no infections or other physical issues causing this.

Make sure your bird is thoroughly examined by only an Avian Vet as dog and cat vets are not licensed or trained in the care of birds and usually do nothing or do the wrong things and kill them, so Avian Vet for birds.
