Dropings half green half brown

I got a conure (I did not have anytime yet to take it to the vet and stupidly I put the the conure with my CAG in the same room- with different cages and all, and I tried to introduce them, they kinda did a little mouth to mouth on the first day) and on the second day in the morning, my CAG did its morning drop.

I'm worried why its feces was half green and half brown as its diet is pellets and the feces is normally brown. I want to know if it could have caught something from the conure and if I should take it to the vet with the conure. Thank you for reading such a long question thing. I'm not sure if this questing is even an emergency or not.

Bird droppings half green and half brown

Yes, your grey could have caught something from the conure. It is impossible to truly quarantine a bird in the same air space, but it is very important during the first 30 days to keep them physical separate and with as much distance a possible, as well as do the new bird last as far as handling, feeding, watering, and cleaning to further reduce the chance of spread of disease.

You should have both birds examined.
