Duck bleeding through the nose after dog attack

Our mallard duck was attacked by a neighbors dog and she got a bad gash on the back of her neck and the skins missing, and a smaller cut under her wing. We cleaned the cuts, put antibiotical spray on it and put a bandage on it, but her nostril's are bleeding still and I'm not sure what to do about it.
