dusky conure is hanging upside down all the time and swaking

does anyone know why my conure is hanging upside down and sweeaking all the time... she is doing this for hours on end... she is eat and drinking no problem, i now see she has a bald patch on her head, please can any one tell me what the problem is? i have here 19 years.
