How old does electus have to be to mate or lay eggs

Males mature 2 to 4 years old.

Females mature 15 to 18 months old. Egg laying just depends on whether they feel the need to breed & lay eggs. Shouldn't be encouraged with single females. With pairs it will only happen if the pair are compatible (like each other) & BOTH are mature enough to breed.
