I dont' understand WHY they would have been left to get stuck in their egg shells and poop? All baby birds have to be checked on every single day, and the box cleaned as needed.

You will need to find an Avian Vet to help you with the embedded nails and clean up for these poor little birds. You will have to continue to make sure their box is clean as are their bodies from now on.

Also have the Avian Vet check to make sure they have no infections because living and sleeping in their own poop can make birds sick. At least you wrote and asked the question. The only dumb question is the one we don't ask, so get these babies taken care of and keep them that way.

Before anymore breeding, know what you are doing or don't do it. Your birds are suffering, so learn about breeding birds and all it entails so no more will have to suffer. Right now, get these babies to an Avian Vet so they can be taken care of.

Find an Avian Vet
Thanks for writing
