why has my cockatiel got a white dot in the corner of its eye? please and thankyou!

White dot in corner of bird's eye

I cannot say without an exam. It could be a corneal ulcer, a hyperkeratotic lesion, or pox virus, or many other possibilities. I recommend that you have your bird examined by an avian veterinarian.

Dr. B has not answered this yet, and he will ask you to take your bird to be examined by an Avian Vet because neither he nor anyone on the internet can diagnose or treat your bird over the internet.

Take him to only an Avian Vet because they are the only vets licensed and trained to treat birds.
