eye infection

hi.....I have my african love birds for quite some time.....n recently she has something in her eye and is losing weight when she gets wet i sometimes notice that there are mites escaping from her feathers...what should i do? oh its only in one eye and its kinda looks wet.

You need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away. If you can't find one either on the list above or by doing a search on the link on our Find an Avian Vet page, then try to find a good breeder and ask them who they take their sick birds too.
