my budgie has sore eye. It is a bit guey and he is scratching it. I rescued him from a couple of boys two weeks ago. I dont know anything about budgies. He has a partner who appears healthy and they have a nice new cage. I dont know where to find an avian vet.What do you think?

Bird with gewy eye

It sounds as if your bird has an infection. You will need to try to Find an Avian Vet or ask a bird breeder in your country what vet they take their birds to.

Dr B can not help, because he would have to examine your bird or run tests in order to determine what medication is best. He can not prescribe medications over the Internet either.
