Feather Plucking eclectus

I have a male eclectus parrot that came to me in bad shape. he was in a very small cage being fed nothing but seeds and never got to come out of his cage.

well i have him in a much bigger cage and getting all he needs for a good diet and he comes out of his cage for 4 to 5 hours a day and i also give him a bath every day with this bath spray for feather pluckers. it is suppose to keep them from plucking and also helps their skin and feathers to heal and grow back.

i have had him for 6 weeks now and i havent seen any improvement. What can I do.
