feathers around budgies eye

Today I noticed my budgies feathers around his left eye seem a bit brownish and messy. The eye looks like it may be some what squinty compared to his right. Common eye infection or worse? Concerned because I have a 16 week old African Grey.

Dr B can't tell you without examining the bird. Please Find an Avian Vet for your bird. No matter what, the bird will need a prescription to get well, and you can't get a prescription without an exam.
