The baby grey will die if not handfed until at least 4-5 months old. You have to feed baby parrot handfeeding formula using a syringe, and the Grey baby should be eating about 4 meals a day using a 50-60cc size syringe for each meal. Weaning is a process which takes time, and does not happen right away, so do some study on how to wean your babies. The Alexandrine can be about 3 months old before you can begin weaning him. Both need to be handfed using only a high quality baby parrot handfeeding formula which can be found here. You may be able to find some in your country and make sure it does not have chemicals in it for preserving it as these are poison for birds.

Both your birds also need to be examined by an Avian Vet ONLY to make sure they have no infections or other physical issues needing treatment.
