Female IRN mating behavior?

Hi I have just purchased what we have been told is a female IRN, not sure of age..would say 1-2 years maybe. She has started some strange behavior towards me, where she stands right at my face and does what looks to be like a mating dance, swinging her head side to side and then bopping her head with wings slightly open. She is right in my face when doing this and then she puts her beak on my lips. I have tried researching this behavior but everything seems to be about male IRNs doing this. She doesn't have the ring around her neck but does have very long tail feathers.. CouLd my she be a he? And why is she doing this to me? She doesn't seem to do it to a one else and even when I remove her she is incredibly persistent and keeps coming back!
