Female Zebra Finch Very Concerned....

I have a female Zebra finch who i've had since the summer and only about a week ago did I notice that she seemed to get very sick... I'm concerend because her feathers have been puffed up and fluffy , she has been shivering and not only losing feathers....but has been losing them all over her body

I've checked to see if she was egg bound but its really hard to tell she doesn't appear to be constipated and seems to pass her droppings, shes eating and drinking still but sleeps an awful lot. Is there anything I can do ? to help her health back in order? anything would help..as I am concerned...
