Your bird may be having an allergic reaction to either the antibiotic or the anti-inflammatory. If still giving those, discontinue them and take this bird back to the vet for them to FIX IT. This sounds like an allergic reaction to me, and your bird will not be able to sit a perch with no toes, so this is a critical situation of which you ARE ALREADY AWARE.He needs to be fitted with a collar to keep him from reaching his feet, and THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN VET SAW HIM LAST, SO MAKE VERY SURE HE GETS A COLLAR ON THIS TIME AS YOUR BIRD IS IN VERY SERIOUS TROUBLE.
Call the vet immediately and tell them you think he is having allergic reaction to one or both meds, and they can give him something to counteract the reaction BEFORE HE IS TOELESS and HOPELESS.
