FUN AND FEISTY!!

Tressa is our new 5 month old blue mutation parrotlet. Full of vitality and energy she rules the roost! Being the queen among our other birds,(we have a male gloster canary and a male whiteface cockatiel), she amuses us endlessly with her funny antics. She must be watched carefully when out of her cage as she is afraid of nothing. She does not realize that she is a teeny creature but has the personality and attitude of a much bigger bird.

She chirps constantly, always has something to say or talk back about (!!), we are hoping she will someday speak a word to us as parrotlets are sometimes known to speak in a squeakie voice! While she does try to be bossy and nippy sometimes especially around her cage, she is a joy to be around and we would recommend this species to anyone!!
