Jul 01, 2010 Sun conure by: Anonymous The only sure fire way is through DNA testing. Or if you find any eggs laid, then you know you have a girl.

Jul 01, 2010 girl or boy sun conure? by: Linda You will have to have an Avian Vet do a DNA test to see whether your bird is male or female as both sexes look the same. Avian vet will take a small amount of blood, send it off to a lab, and they will report the results to your Avian vet in a couple of weeks or more. Thanks for writing, Linda
