Golden conure feathers

This is normal. Golden conures take up to 3 years or more to become their natural golden color. Babies start out with lots of green like yours, then loose that to the yellow.

However, you should make sure that your bird is eating a diet of organic pellets. I recommend Harrison's. This will ensure her feathers will be bright and healthy.

When I first got my sun conure at 3 months he didn't look anything like the pictures I had seen. The breeded said he would have all his color at two years but at 3 years he is still changing. Maybe its the same with golden conures.
