green cheek just not the same since she was stepped on

2 days ago, my husband stepped on our 2 & 1/2 year old green cheek conure when she was walking around on the floor. We took her to the animal hospital, not her normal vet (they were closed). The vet at the hospital said she is fine, no fractures, just shooken up and would have sore muscles and a headache the next day.

It's been 2 days, she spends majority of her time in the happy hut, doesn't squawk at all - she's usually very loud and vocal, never ever quiet (except for when we put blankets over her cage). Her eyes seem watery and she's been letting me hold her and pet her without nipping me. She's eating a little. This is all very unusual behaviour. I'm still worried that something is wrong
