I put a towel over the cage thats why its dark

I put a towel over the cage thats why its dark

I put a towel over the cage thats why its dark

Ok, so my cockateail is on the bottom of its cage making a squak noise and is twisting its head all the way around and putting its foot above the wing, and is also wabaling back and forth. I put a towl on the bottom food and water. I know it says non emergancy but its the best i can do for now and i dont know what to do. Its the first time this has ever happend and its not stoping.
