We just adopted an umbrella cockatoo and she is holding her foot up but not sleeping; is she okay?

my u2 does it as well , shes absolutly fine....shes just relaxed :)

If your bird is not wanting to put pressure on it's foot, then you need to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird. It sounds like it is injured or has an infection.
