The beak is very vascular and it is common for the beak to be warm, and even feel hot since their body temp is 105F, and ours is only 98F. Sometimes the beak is hotter after a nap when they tuck the beak under the wing. I recommend that you have your bird examined by an avian veterinarian to be sure everything is normal.
They can have a hot beak on a hot day or if they are feeling warm (not ill). Currently my birds all have hot beaks & feet (it's summer & hot). They can also have this in winter if they feel warm enough. Activity can also cause hot beaks. Usually if the beak is hot due to the bird being warm from activity or anything else like that the feet are likely to be hot as well.

hot beak by: Anne
I would get to the Avian Vet very quickly could be a high temptrature meaning has an illness even if not showing as they are very clever at hiding it.
