How cold is too cold for my yellow collared Macaw to stay outside on my screened in porch during the night and daytime?

 How cold is too cold?

Any temperature different from the house temperature is too cold. Also if the screened porch does not have walls then your bird can get a draft from the cross breeze coming from each side. Drafts cause pneumonia, and it does not have to be cold air either, any kind of draft is dangerous.
