How do I Feed a 1 and a half year old Blue-Naped Parrot?

Parrots of all kinds do very well with an organic, high quality pelleted diet, and Tracie carries several on this site.

Birds also can eat a little fruit and veggies providing they are organically grown, meaning they are free of pesticide/fertiziler residue.

Birds have, in the past, had to eat all seed diets, and this has killed many of them before their lives are even half over. Parrots live a long time, and so need the best nutrition you can get for them. If your bird has been eating seeds, then you'll need to buy some pellets and follow the instructions in this article, written by an Avian Vet to change him over to the pellets.
Switching Birds to Pellets article.
The article is very good. If you don't have any seeds, you can get them in a pet store somewhere in your area. Make sure your bird is eating and drinking plenty of fresh clean water. Birds die in a short time without food and water. Make sure the seed mix is made for your size parrot as well.

Also a trip to an Avian Vet is a great idea as new birds are under a lot of stress and tend to become ill.

Thanks for writing,
Linda
