How long should I wait

I adopted a umbrella cockatoo in 2007 than was given a double yellow in 2010 than in 2011 spring a goffin cockatoo than in November we just got a blue and gold macaw all birds have been kept in seperate cages in the same room except the blue and gold she is in the living room, and has not seen the other birds yet I want to know how long tell I can put them together

If I understand your question correctly, you can NEVER EVER put any of these birds together in the same cage. As for same room, you can do this anytime. When any of them are outside cages at the same time, you have to be right there watching in case of fighting. Also all birds need to have an Avian Vet clip their wings to keep them from flying over to each others' cages. Have only the 4-6 long primary feathers clipped. These are the long ones at the ends of each wing. This is as far up as wings need ever be clipped.

All birds need yearly checkups with an Avian Vet to make sure they are healthy and not hiding infections. I would assume you already have an Avian Vet with so man birds. If you do not, then you need to find one in case of illness or injury. Avian vets are a part of having birds.
