how to tame a 2 year old raw

i have a 2 year old raw parrot and he knows how to talk alot but never sits on our hand and sometimes lets us touch him so how can i train him like that is it to late or how long will it take

I have not heard of a raw parrot before, but we have some training articles on our Parrot Training page that should help you train your bird. I don't believe it is too late to train your bird.
