hunched over

I have recently gotten 3 budgies and one of them seems to be in a hunched position about 1\3 of the day. The others don't ever seem to be in this position. He makes noise and eats/drops normally. His breathing seems to be slightly faster then the others as well.

I have only had them for about 3 days so at first I thought that they might just be nervous and weary of the new environment but the other 2 have become relaxed and he still is not. Is this a normal behavior for the first few days in a new home or should I be worried?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
