You are sweet to want to help this bird, but Dr B can not help over the Internet. The bird needs to be examined in person to determine what is wrong with it and what the treatment should be.

Please Find an Avian Vet for this bird or call a breeder in your area to see if they can take the bird. (They have experience in hand feeding in case it needs this.) You can look in your local paper or phone book to find breeders, they are usually selling many birds.
