Make sure you have natural wood branches, not dowel rods, and no cement or sand perches. I have a cockatiel that is missing a toe and dosen't have any problems.

missing toe by: Anonymous
The missing toe won't be a problem. He'll grow up to get used to it & will learn to perch himself & adjust accordingly.
He may occasionally slip on that foot but as he grows up he will start to perch as if his toe was never missing.
My eclectus also has a missing toe.
You shouldn't need to do anything to especially accommodate for the missing toe.
