i need help with training

hi ive recently brought a kakariki and at first i could feed it through the bars with seeds and things and now he folllows my hand trying to peck me ive neli got him talking but i would like to be able to have him land on/by me but he wont come anywhere near me have you got any tips how i could tame him correctly thanks
