ID ring and feather loss

What could it possibly mean if my Sun Conure's ID ring falls off? She's 5 years old, and recently started to rip off the ends of her feathers. She's starting to loose feathers on her legs, and her stomach.

Bird ripping feathers and losing feathers

I am not sure why the ring fell off, but that is not a problem. The feather loss IS a problem. Please Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird if you can see bare spots on your bird. This could be a feather disease or an infection.
