I will attempt to be nice here though I'm not feeling very nice. YOU NEED TO GET YOUR REMAINING BIRD INTO SEE AN AVIAN VET IMMEDIATELY. WHAT KILLED THE OTHER ONE WILL KILL THIS ONE AND ANY NEW BIRDS WILL ALSO DIE.

Take your bird to an Avian Vet in your driving area so infection can be diagnosed and treated properly.

DO NOT GET ANOTHER BIRD BEFORE YOU HAVE TAKEN THIS ONE TO THE VET AND FOUND OUT WHAT IS WRONG AND TREATED IT.

In fact, may I suggest that you just hold off on getting anymore birds until you understand how to care for the one you have been lucky enough to have. When birds are sick, they have to be seen by a bird doctor. This is the same as it is with people when they are sick. Birds die with untreated infections, and whatever killed one will most likely kill the next one. Also cage, perches, toys and surrounding area will be contaminated and will have to be thoroughly cleaned up to keep any new birds from dying.
