You will have to check with your own country for laws concerning this and how to go about it. Usually there is a quarantine period of 30 to 45 days where birds are held in a facility to be treated and/or observed until they are deemed fit and healthy. Many countires refuse to either send or receive any other countries' wildlife or animals, so it may or may not be possible.

Your own version of our Fish and Wildlife Federal Government Agency will have to instruct you on this.
