Indian food for Alexandrine parrot

No, parrots cannot digest milk, and they cannot digest spicy foods either. No salt, no sugar and no fat, no animal meat, fish, chicken either unless it has been home raised and you know it is clean and safe. Birds need high quality pellets and/or a high quality seed mix for their size.

Your bird needs to be weaned onto an organic pellet like Harrison's found here. Until you have the organic pellets, bird needs to be eating a seed mix supplemented with safe veggies. The Indian birds don't like much fruit, so dark green veggies, dark orange ones like squash and yellow like squash are best. Small amounts of baked sweet potato are also good, and none of this in large amounts or you create an imbalanced diet.

Your bird is a bird, and he cannot eat what you do or he will die. Get some books or do a search on the internet about your bird, and you'll see all the things he CAN eat. This should have been done before ever bringing a bird home. Your bird will die without proper parrot food.
