indian ringneck swollen eye

my ringneck has a badly swollen aya its nearly 1.5 years old and a dear to me... please give me adviceas to how to treat it... i took it to my vet but itx no use they treated n gave it sum injecton and they gave me sum medicines to mix in its water ... i did so.... i ran out ov medicines n i seem to have administered awl ov t to my ringneck but it was no use ... it contnud for 8 weeks n recently the eye has swollen even worst.... n its closed shut....to my vet again but a little advice wud b tremendously apprecated... thanksssss....
