Introducing male eclectus to female eclectus

If you mean safe in the way of that they won't fight, then all you need is a neutral place where you can be ready to grab either bird if they start attacking each other.

You will need to supervise their time out together and wait and see if they ever decide they want to get along or not.

It sounds like you are not an experienced breeder, and purchasing birds to breed without experience is a really bad idea. You need to spend time with another breeder, learn all you can about the birds, breeding, hand feeding and all the potential dangers for the hen and chicks before starting anything.

Both birds need to be examined by an avian vet to make sure they are healthy and will produce quality, healthy chicks. The chicks will need to be examined by an avian vet too.

Please take the time to contact an eclectus breeder and try to learn everything you can about the negative things that can come up so you are not suddenly taken by surprise with a problem and lose the hen or chicks.
