irn problem with 1 leg

Hi I bought a irn ringneck from a breeder,it was 2 weeks old when I got the chick. the breeder put a ring on 1 of the chick leg,its been 5 weeks,the person is hand rearing it for me says that the chick keeps that leg out.she says it could be the ring.pls help.
