Is my bird sick?

I just got a Sun conure his name is Tito he is very well tempremented but he keeps his feathers fluffed all the time and he keeps flapping only his right wing almost like a twitch like he doesnt really want to. Every once in a while he will sneeze also. I love this bird he is my baby. I just want to make sure he is not getting sick?

Bird possibly sick

Your bird could be sick and the only way to find out is for you to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird in person. Dr B can not tell over the internet if your bird might be sick.

The things you are describing are not normal.
