NO, they are not compatible, and both look like babies to me. You cannot breed a female before she is one and a half to two years' old because she may die trying to lay an egg. The females have to mature so the egg can pass through the canal. A young female cannot pass the egg, and will likely die trying. I know this from experience, and my too young female died trying to lay an egg she was too young to have.

Also, you cannot breed two lutinos together because the babies will be sickly and weak. This is from genetic factors called "recessive genes" which both of the Lutinos have. To breed them correctly, you have to have one mate a normal gray Cockatiel. In this case, you'd need a male normal gray colored bird for the female, and a gray normal colored bird for the male.

Get them separated into two cages right away because they are not getting along, the female is too young, and you do not want to breed two Lutinos together because babies will be sickly and weak. The fighting will continue and get worse until one or both are severely injured, so get another cage and do some study before even thinking about breeding. You have to know many things, and you can find information all over the internet, so do your homework and save breeding for much later.
