my bird is being complaining i put her in the nest, so she can feel comfortable, i believe she is trying to lay eggs but nothings is coming out she has been like this since 9am

 Egg binding

This is called egg binding and it is life threatening. You need to find a 24 hour avian clinic. Please Find an Avian Vet for your bird and read the Switching Birds To Pellets article so that this does not happen again. Birds that eat Harrison's do not have problems with egg binding.
