My IRN is becoming very lazy day by day. When she feels hungry, she doesn't even come down and eat its food.I have to go and give it to her.She just sit\stand blank, she had nothing to do.She don't even come in my hand, she just bite me.But whenever I bring her favorite toy (pencil),she becomes very happy and directly jump to my hand. I m very confused. Is she angry with me or she is lazy. Please suggest me something to help her.

There is also a strong possibility that your bird is sick. Sick birds show little interest in anything including their food.

Find an Avian Vet ONLY in your area, and the link below will help you find one. Take birds to ONLY Avian Vets so they get the right kind of exams, diagnosis and treatment.

Find an Avian Vet

Do not bring another bird into your home until this one has been thoroughly checked out by an Avian Vet in your area because infections are highly contageous.New bird also has to be examined by an Avian Vet BEFORE coming into your home to make sure it is not sick.

she probably is bored. My advice is to buy her a feathered friend or spend more time with her.
:)

Editor's note: If you purchase another bird, make sure it lives in a separate cage.

Needs a friend

It happened the same with my parakeet. He was bored. In my case he was fascinated with a paper and if I tried to take it away he became very angry and started to bit me. I bought him a new parakeet so he could have a friend to play with. Probably you bird is lonely, do you spend a lot of time playing with him?
