left leg stops working

My 5 year old green cheek conure will be fine then his eyes get glassy and his left leg seems to stop working.He will fly quickly and into things like he cannot see them. Is this a bird seizure?

Yes, or something like that. First, trim the bird's wings so it doesn't break any bones flying into things. It could be a reaction to something toxic it tasted or chewed since it is allowed to fly around your home.

Please Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away.
