licking conure

my Green Cheek conure licks my families hands and what ever he can get a hold of. He does get fed normal amounts that consist of: Zupreem, veggies, fruit, protien, and calcuim. My Green cheek did bite and when I trained him not to he started licking everyone... I'm not sure if that is ok or if I need to stop him from that...What should I do?
